Information we collect

When you submit a quote request through our lead form, we collect your name, ZIP code, phone number, optional email, the service type, and any project details you choose to share. We use this only to connect you with vetted contractors who match your project and location.

When you use our calculators or browse the site, we collect anonymous, aggregate usage data through Google Analytics — page views, calculator interactions (with bucketed inputs, never your raw numbers), and general location data. We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers through analytics.

How we use it

Quote-request information is forwarded to up to three contractors who serve your area for your specified service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside this matching process. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your consent choice for analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels or third-party advertising trackers. Calculator state (your inputs) is shared via URL only when you choose to copy a share link.

Your choices

You can decline analytics through the consent banner that appears on your first visit, and revisit that choice at any time via the “Privacy choices” link in the footer. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals — if your browser sends either, we do not load analytics regardless of your banner choice.
