Cost estimates are estimates

Every number on BuildPriced — in cost guides, calculators, comparisons, and city pages — is an estimate based on published sources and our internal dataset. Real prices depend on site conditions, contractor schedule, material availability, and dozens of project-specific factors. Always verify with at least two contractors before committing to a project.

Contractor matching is a connection service

When we connect you with a contractor, we're facilitating an introduction — we are not the contractor, we do not perform the work, and we do not warrant the work performed. Contracts, payments, and project execution are between you and the contractor. We vet our roster but cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

No professional advice
